Short, sweet, and to the point
Spacious rooms with traditional ryokan vibes. The onsen was really good, and the staff were helpful, even facilitating a free shuttle to nearby attractions. A generous breakfast provided plenty of choices, we energized for our adventures. Highly recommended!

Would've appreciated some form of compensation for these glaring issues. I had a fleeting thought of giving it a decent review, but just couldn't be-ccause of the dysfunction.

Couple's retreat for relaxation
We totally loved the onsen, it was amazing. The staff were helpful and even arranged a shuttle to the park for us.
It wasn't cheap, but the experience was totally acceptable.
